Jim Knipper-
Founder and CEO
Jim is a nationally recognized healthcare executive who has built vertically integrated companies into high-profile, pharmaceutical industry providers of direct mail, electronic drug sampling, drug recall programs, sales fulfillment, data/information management and related sales/marketing services. As President and CEO of J. Knipper and Company, his integrated business plans emphasize accelerated growth to carry the company forward as a leader in the industry. Jim currently sits on the Board of Trustees of Georgian Court University as well as the University of Scranton. In 2002 he received the Alumni of the Year award at Oratory Prep of Summit, New Jersey, where he sits on their Board of Trustees.
Jack
Bryndza-
Senior Vice President, Key Accounts
After serving J. Knipper and Company as Director of Operations for 13 years, Jack moved into his present position where he is responsible for client services and key accounts. Jack is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association, and of numerous other trade associations. Jack received his BA in social sciences and MA in administration and supervision from Seton Hall University.
Linda
Hatt, J.D.-
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
A key member of the executive team, Linda is responsible for managing all of legal affairs for J. Knipper and Company, as well as being accountable for Regulatory Affairs and Sample Accountability. Linda received her BA in psychology from the University of Michigan, summa cum laude, and her Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America. She is a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association, the New Jersey State Bar.
David
Conklin-
Vice President, Sales
David manages Knipper's West Coast Office where he oversees key account management. He joined Knipper in 1995. A prior member of the PDMA Board of Directors, Dave has over 25 years' career experience, including marketing and sales-management positions at Syntex and McKesson Corporations. Dave received a BA in economics from Rutgers and pursued graduate coursework at Stanford Business School.
Michael Laferrera-
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mike provides leadership and guidance for the sales team at J. Knipper and Company. In addition, he plays a key role in developing all marketing initiatives and supervising their successful implementation. Mike’s track record for developing domestic and global marketing solutions has been publicly recognized by PharmaVOICE magazine. He was an executive member of the Healthcare Marketers Coalition. Mike received his BS from the University of Delaware where he was also a recipient of the Presidential Achievement Award.
David
Merkel-
Senior Vice President, Business Solutions
For over a decade, David has created the technology infrastructure to support the growth of J. Knipper and Company as well as its customers. He was responsible for the initial direct-to-consumer and direct-to-patient service offerings and coordinating all activities to create the technical infrastructure for our new facility. In David's current role he is responsible for data integrity and serves as the subject matter expert in providing master data management. David attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. An active community member, he is proudest of his activities as treasurer and board member of a nonprofit foundation providing educational scholarships.
Margaret Naidoff-
Vice President, Process Engineering
Margaret oversees facilities, inventory and process-improvement activities at J. Knipper and Company, with sample-fulfillment and product-recall activities as her areas of specialization. She is also responsible for business-continuity and disaster-recovery plans. She is a member of the American Society of Quality and the New Jersey Pharmaceutical Quality Control Association. Margaret graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in biology and completed her MS in quality management at Loyola University, New Orleans. She has also been certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt through Loyola and is a resource for Knipper’s operational managers in the areas of process improvement and "lean concepts."
John
D. Woods, CTL-
Senior Vice President, Operations
An expert in supply-chain management, John ensures that all physical operations strive to eliminate waste and deliver the highest possibly quality at the least total cost. He is certified by the American Society of Transportation and Logistics, and is a Total Quality Management facilitator. In 1989 John received his BA from Montclair State College, has completed graduate courses in Information Technology at Ramapo College of New Jersey, and is currently pursuing his MBA at Georgian Court University.
