- J. Knipper and Company Announces Plans to Build New Consolidated Facility, Adds to Senior Management Staff

LAKEWOOD, NJ – May 24, 2004
In response to continued strong revenue growth and the acquisition of several significant new clients, J. Knipper and Company, Inc., a leading U.S. pharmaceutical marketing services company, announced intentions to construct a new 180,000 sq/ft facility close to its current operations in Lakewood, NJ. This facility will be expandable to support ongoing forecasted growth and will integrate the latest in data center, wireless LAN and warehouse management technology platforms.
In announcing this move, James J. Knipper, President of J. Knipper and Company, said, “this state-of-the-art fully integrated and FDA / DEA compliant facility will allow us to more efficiently serve the increasing complexity of our valued clients’ business requirements. We’re delighted our legacy strategy in providing optimal customer care and six sigma based service execution has supported our success in retaining and attracting new clients making this exciting facility upgrade possible”.
It is expected this new facility will be ready for occupancy early in 2005.
In a related move, J. Knipper & Co., Inc. announced the addition of two financial executives to its staff to assist the firm in managing its dynamic growth. Dan Horchler has been named Sr. Vice President of Finance and William Baker appointed as Controller. Prior to joining Knipper, Horcher, a CPA, has a successful history serving in leadership roles at several mid-size companies having started his career at Price Waterhouse, NY.
