J. Knipper and Company Breaks Ground on New Consolidated 180,000 sq. ft. Facility

LAKEWOOD, NJ – August 12, 2004

In response to continued growth, J. Knipper and Company, Inc., has broken ground on a new 180,000 sq. ft. facility close to its current operations in Lakewood, NJ. Knipper is a leading U.S. pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing services company with strong revenue growth and an expanding client base.

"Our company is growing and our capacities are growing right along with it," said company president James J. Knipper at the August 18th groundbreaking. "With this state-of-the-art facility, we'll continue to provide optimal service and the latest technology to our clients."

The facility will put all of Knipper's operations under one roof, including offices, assembly areas and warehousing. It will be expandable to 240,000 sq. ft., and will contain the latest in data center, wireless LAN and warehouse management technology.

"From direct mail to database management, from warehousing products to packaging and sending them out, we do it all - and now we'll have a new facility that will accommodate current needs even more efficiently and meet the forecasted needs necessary for our clients. " Knipper said. "It provides additional employment opportunities for the central New Jersey region."

The facility is expected to open in May 2005.
