- J. Knipper and Company - Newly Appointed Positions and Promotions

J. Knipper and Company, Inc., a preferred supplier of marketing support services in the healthcare industry, is pleased to announce the following staffing additions and changes:
Laurie Plotch has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. She received her Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and her undergraduate degree in Education and History.
Before joining J. Knipper and Company, Laurie was with McKesson Corporation as Director of Business Development in their Specialty Services division for over seven years. Laurie has had the opportunity to work with most of America’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Her previous positions include client services at Caremark where she was a Program Manager for self-insured organizations. In that role, she worked to create and implement cost-effective formularies and programs for many large national corporations.
James O’Donnell was recently named as, Group Team Leader of Materials Management. He received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmittsburg, Maryland.
Before joining J. Knipper and Company, James was with Baxter Healthcare as Senior Production Planner where he was responsible for planning and scheduling production and packaging for intravenous medicines. His previous positions include warehouse management at Shiseido America, Inc. In this role, he established and managed two distribution centers encompassing over 140,000 square feet.
The company also announces that Ihab Ghaly has been promoted to Vice President, Sampling and Regulatory Affairs. Mr. Ghaly started with the company in February 2001 and has played a critical role in providing the necessary guidance in growing the company’s sampling business. His role will continue to grow as the company prepares to enter a newly constructed 240,000 sq. ft. facility and expands its concierge of sampling and e-sampling services as well as adding new service offerings in 2005.
