Knipper Continues Expansion of its Service Footprint Opening New Full Service Contact Center in Lawrenceville, NJ
LAKEWOOD, NJ, March 31st, 2015 — J. Knipper and Company, Inc. – the largest supplier of end-to-end samples management services to the U.S. pharmaceutical industry – formally announced today that the company has opened a new multi-million dollar, 175 seat, dedicated Contact Center facility in Lawrenceville, NJ. This new state of the art Contact Center is laser focused on serving the needs of the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industries using a broad array of Call-Center, Email, Fax and Online services. The facility also includes Knipper’s new Patient Advocacy Center managing patient assistance programs (PAP) and other HIPAA compliant patient related services.
“Knipper has managed a customer service focused call center in Lakewood for over 15 years. Then in early 2014 we acquired the sampling business unit portion of MediMedia’s commercial contact center operations. Having successfully integrated these two groups, our sizable investment in the new Lawrenceville facility really strengthens the clinical outreach and direct marketing portfolio we provide our customers.” said Mike Laferrera, President and COO of J. Knipper and Company. “We are very excited about the opportunity this creates for our customers. Knipper’s addition of this highly robust contact center provides “one-stop access” to one of the broadest set of direct outreach options in the industry. And it further solidifies our position of vertical authority as the nation’s #1 provider of samplecentric solutions.”
The significant increase in need for live contact and IVR services creates extraordinary opportunity for the supplier who possesses the most comprehensive and integrated solution sets. With Knipper’s already impressive array of fully integrated multi-channel marketing, fulfillment, and provider data services, the addition of this robust Contact Center means customers can reduce required management overhead, reduce compliance risk and streamline processing through a single point of contact. “This is the kind of true cost savings and added value that Knipper brings to the table” says Marianne Mecke, VP Contact Center Solutions at Knipper. “Our management staff has over 150+ years of combined Customer Service and Contact Center experience. We currently manage over a million calls a year providing services to thousands of pharmacists and pharmaceutical sales reps, and to hundreds of thousands of healthcare providers and consumers. We are extremely excited about the new dedicated facility and the company’s increased investment in these expanded services!”
With nearly 30 years’ experience in the sampling vertical, and customers including many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and biotech organizations, J Knipper and Company has become an authority in sampling services. Through the prism of Knipper’s Vertical Authority, customers will be able to extend their investments in DTP, DTC, and Patient Assistance programs with access to one of the industry’s most comprehensive full service Contact Centers.
