The Right Mix in Rx Sampling

How do you ensure that the samples and literature you send are achieving the best possible result, and not going to waste? This is the "$64,000 question" in our industry, although the actual number is in the billions. Samples and literature can reach a physician in a wide variety of ways, from mail, sales reps, fax, telephone, email, and the Web. And Knipper is active in all of them.

Since we first entered the Rx sampling business 25 years ago, we have seen the focus shift toward physician and patient preferences. Our research and analytical tools track the individual preferences of each physician, ensuring that they receive samples how they want them, and when they want them. Through our unique position as an AMA DBL, we can also monitor prescribing patterns, so that sampling programs are continually fine-tuned to improve yield.

Traditional Fulfillment and Kitting

Knipper offers a full range of healthcare marketing services, ranging from direct-to-practitioner, physician-relationship management, vacant-territory coverage, teleservices, repackaging and relabeling, and custom kitting.

With over 100 active pharma and biotech clients, Knipper processes thousands of shipments direct-to-practitioner each day, and services a significant cross-section of sales reps. For many of our clients, we offer not only sample execution, but the whole range of activities from clinical-trial to trade distribution. While normal turnarounds are 72 hours, we also offer 24-hour capability.

Knipper's kitting activities are powered by a seasoned in-house design group that works closely with our clients to ensure packaging and collateral that "pops" and stays front-of-mind with physicians and patients. Having an integrated design capability ensures fewer management cycles and quicker response times and better quality.
