How We Hire

Knipper is committed to acquiring top talent and providing an outstanding experience for all candidates.

If you are interested in a job that matches your skill set and goals, apply here.

Our Talent Acquisition team will review the resumes received for each position.  If it’s determined that your background and qualifications are a match for an open role, the team will reach out to you via email to schedule a telephone interview.

Telephone Screen: During telephone screens, you will typically speak to a member of our HR team. Be prepared to answer questions regarding your past experiences and how they may relate to the position for which you are interviewing.

We will contact you if you have been selected for the on-site interview.

On-site Interview: Most often, you will meet with a cross-functional interview team that will be able to answer job or organization related questions. Be prepared to give examples that demonstrate your past experiences and how they may relate to the position for which you are interviewing.

After the on-site interview, the interview team will debrief and decide on the most qualified candidate for the role. We will contact you after the interview process has been completed to communicate our decision.

All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.  We will provide details for your first day as a Knipper Contributor.
