Tony Callander

Tony is responsible for the direction of the human resources organization, learning and development, the management of talent acquisition initiatives as well as leading the culture and overall employment experience. His primary focus is to drive the talent agenda to achieve organizational goals as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Knipper Health, Tony served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of CPS Solutions, a pharmacy management company. His previous experience includes Vice President of Human Resources for Quantum Health, Director of Human Resources for Express, Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources for HFI, LLC.

Tony holds a master’s degree in human resources management from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology at Kenyon College.
