Alexis Rose

Alexis Rose serves as President of Knipper 3PL and Distribution, bringing extensive experience in commercial strategy, distribution optimization, and multi-channel partnerships.

Prior to joining Knipper Health, she was the U.S. Head of Trade Strategy & Operations at Organon, where she led initiatives to drive commercial success and operational excellence. Earlier in her career, she managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios and developed global operational strategies at Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen).

Alexis is known for building cross-functional teams, enhancing customer experience, and delivering measurable business results, while fostering professional growth among her teams.
