FRANK McNICHOLAS

In effectively managing the growth of Knipper Health, Frank focuses his efforts on leading the company’s operations, including Information Technology, Data, Legal, Operations, Operations Business Solutions and Financial Analysis.

His leadership as a dedicated COO and broad scope of knowledge and expertise is applied the successful implementation of the strategic and tactical plans of each business vertical to ensure world class customer satisfaction, customer experience and quality.

With Knipper Health since 2011 as CFO and following a decade of contributions to the Company’s success, Frank was appointed Chief Operating Officer in January 2021. Prior to the appointment, he managed the Company’s financial resources and partnered with the President/CEO and executive team in guiding the Organization. His responsibilities included company financials and accounting policy, the operations group, external business relationships, as well as oversight of the budget, audit, and tax functions.

Frank’s expertise and experience encompasses business operations and managing financial executives, primarily in manufacturing and distribution businesses. He is a Certified Public Accountant with membership in the AICPA and NJ State Society of CPA for more than 25 years.

Frank was awarded a BA in Accounting and a minor in Economics at Seton Hall University.
