Benefits

HEALTH & WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Knipper Health offers a wide range of health and wellness benefits to its employees. Most benefits are available on the first day of employment. The cost of the benefit plans is shared between the company and the employee at an industry market rate.

  • Medical Plans – Flexibility to choose from 2 robust plans based on what is the best approach for you and your eligible dependents. Both plans also offer many resources and tools to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Employees in entry level roles pay less toward their medical plan benefits.
  • Dental Plans – 3 plan options with different levels of coverage and costs.
  • Vision Plans – There are 2 plans; basic is a no-cost option or enhanced which has a small cost.
  • Prescription Program – We offer a $0 cost prescription plan (plan restrictions apply) to employees who participate in the company medical plan and fill prescriptions through KnippeRx.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – providing 24/7 access to professional resources covering topics such as mental wellness, legal guidance, financial planning, diet and health, and much more.

FINANCIAL WELLNESS BENEFITS:

  • Flexible and Dependent Spending Accounts – to help to pay for eligible out of pocket expenses.
  • Health Savings Account – available to accumulate tax-free funds to pay for qualified healthcare expenses.

PERKS – ADDITIONAL LOCAL BENEFITS

  • Remote or Hybrid Work Assignment – We love to be able to offer flexibility in the work assignment where it makes business sense. So, remote or hybrid work assignment is specific to roles and departments and takes into consideration training needs for the position and certainly is reserved for contributors who are able to perform at the expected level. Of course, there are many positions that must be performed fully on-site.
  • Summer Hours – for the summer months, many of our positions can take advantage of our summer hours program. This program allows for a shortened every-other Friday schedule, assuming you manage the hours the week prior. While we look to make this perk available for most positions, there are some departments and positions where this schedule cannot be offered.
  • Dress for the Day – we let you choose how to dress for your day. Your responsibilities and interactions for the day should determine your wardrobe. Which means some days may be professional attire and others more relaxed. As you might expect, when clients visit, all on-site office contributors are expected to dress in business casual which means no jeans or sneakers on those days.
  • Annual Flu Shots – on-site.
  • Gym Membership Reimbursements (restrictions apply).

TESTIMONIALS

“I started at Knipper Health in 1995 as a Network Administrator. Throughout the years I have been able to witness and participate in many facets of Knipper Health’s ascension to the largest provider of sample management services. Change is constant; from the sale of the company to McKesson, to the divestiture back to Jim Knipper, and throughout the numerous acquisitions there has never been a lack of opportunity for growth as evidenced by my current role as Senior Vice President.

What does not change is the most important which are the values and principles instilled into the company by Jim and his father Joe from inception. Today, these values are represented in our CHART principles and provide a foundation for our actions.

As we continue to evolve and embark on our next chapter it is still exciting to be part of a team that is focused on delivering value to our customers, community, company, and contributors.”

– David Merkel, Senior Vice President

TESTIMONIALS

“I joined Knipper Health in 1992 for a short-term, temporary project; twenty-five years later I am still here.  I began as a line assembly worker and over time was able to utilize my skillsets in other departments and positions.  I was able to learn and grow into my current position as Sr. Manager of Operations.

The work we do here is not only important to the success of the pharmaceutical companies we service but to the health of patients as well.  My time here at Knipper Health and the work we perform has been challenging and satisfying.”

– Carol Chifulio, Senior Operations Manager

TESTIMONIALS

“I had the good fortune of meeting a man by the name of Joseph Knipper over 20 years ago.  Joe was an amazing man and I was impressed by the respect that he had for his employees.  Joe knew everyone by their first name, and he would walk out onto the production floor and give a big hello to anyone who crossed his path.  Over the years, Knipper Health has grown and continues to add employees to our team, but in my opinion, we never forgot our roots or what brought us to where we are now – it still feels like the old days.  I have always been proud to work for this organization and grateful for what I have learned, and the growth opportunities and career goals that Knipper Health has helped me to achieve.”

– Linda Gallagher, Vice President, Pricing and Business Solutions
